Scarlet Win, White Win

Koakuma is a librarian who looks after the books in the Scarlet Devil Mansion's library. She does not have a real name―Koakuma just means little devil in Japanese, and she is called that because of how she looks. She can often be found helping Patchouli or taking care of the people around her.

Hong Meiling is the Scarlet Devil Mansion's gatekeeper. She tends to doze off standing up (though she insists that this is not true). On one fall day, Remilia suddenly announces, "Autumn is the best season for sports! We're going to hold a sports festival!"

Patchouli Knowledge is a magician who has settled down in the Scarlet Devil Mansion's library. Her friend Remilia surprises her with a sudden question: "What do people do at a sports festival?" Patchouli is unsure why Remilia is asking this, but she brings out a whole range of books to give a comprehensive answer, unaware that she will soon regret her actions...

Remilia, the representative of Team Scarlet, goes up against Reimu and Marisa, the representatives of Team White. The two of them got roped into the festivities when they came to check out the commotion at the Misty Lake. The teams face off in track and field, an obstacle course, ball rolling, ball toss, a piggyback competition, and tug of war. They are neck and neck!

Team Scarlet takes the lead as Flan destroys the obstacles on the course! Sakuya stops time and tosses balls into the basket. Hang in there, Team White! Reisen's eyes make her own team go mad, so they end up losing the piggyback competition! In tug of war, no one can stand against Suika and Yuugi's strength. Neither team is letting up! The last event, the relay race, will decide the winner. The relay anchors Remilia and Reimu stare each other down...
