Stories
Story 1
Sakuya Izayoi is the head maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She went to the Human Village to do some shopping and was met with a commotion. It appeared that everyone was getting ready for a festival... This reminded her of the special event happening today.
Story 2
Remilia Scarlet, the Eternally Young Scarlet Moon, is the mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. While Sakuya was out on errands, she decided to invite Patchouli and hold a tea party. But then she noticed something was missing... An emergency meeting was called!
Story 3
According to some, the 31st of October is a night of vigil and also the eve of a festival. People celebrate the autumn harvest and welcome the spirits of their ancestors, which is similar to Japan's Bon Festival in the Summer. People wear costumes and make a lot of ruckus with a festival to scare off any evil spirits that also came along. They also apparently chant a certain incantation.
Story 4
During Remilia and Rumia's Trick or Bullet event, Remilia gathered all the residents of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and held an emergency meeting. The ingredients needed to make sweets had disappeared from the pantry! It was decided that they would disguise themselves to catch the scoundrels who dared to steal from the Scarlet Devil Mansion.
Story 5
Remilia is a vampire, so she's both long-lived and powerful. She doesn't fear getting old like humans do. Illness and injury are also no threat to her. Perhaps traveling around Gensokyo in search of the thieves deepened her understanding of humans... or maybe not.
