A Magical Girl who lives by her daily divinations. If the fortune's good, she's very optimistic. If it's bad, she won't even go out to hunt Witches. She loves fortune-telling, but as her predictions always come true, she's forbidden to do it by other Magical Girls.

PvE Stories Pros and Cons

Good Magia

Mel's magia has AoE damage and has the chance to inflict a large variety of status effects, including skill seal. This can be useful against teams of opposing magical girls and with two accele discs, it's easy for Mel to build up enough MP to unleash her magia in battle.

Weak Connect

Despite increasing your attack, the slim ability to negate evasion and the chance to anti-counter won't be seeing much use in most battles. Most enemies don't use evasion or counter. It's best to use Mel in a magia-spamming team to take advantage of her accele discs.

PvP Mirrors Pros and Cons

Support Type

As a support type, Mel wont' be doing very much damage on her own. Even though her connect grants you a small chance at anti-evasion and anti-counter, there isn't much use for that kind of ability. It does increase your attack, but that's assuming Mel lives long enough to pull off a connect. It's also unlikely you'll be able to unleash her magia attack in battle, rendering her fairly unusable for Mirrors.

"Midsummer" will boost Mel's MP gaining abilities and increase her attack, making up for her weaker attack stats and allowing her to spam her magia more often.

"Deliver" will increase damage as well as the damage on enemies inflicted with status effects, which pairs well with her magia.
