PvE Stories Pros and Cons
Strong Attack Stats
Despite her low rarity, Tsuruno's attack stats easily compare to that of natural 4 star girls. While her defense and HP aren't the best, this can be easily remedied since the cost to give her extra memoria slots is lower due to her low rarity.
Solid Skills
Her connect grants increased Blast damage as well as increased Attack power which will work well when pairing her with any other magical girl that has 2 or 3 blast discs. At 4 stars, her magia grants an increased amount of MP for every accele disc used by anyone. Tsuruno's eventual 5 star uncapping also means her 5 star magia attack will also grant guaranteed evasion to herself.
Low HP
Due to her nature as a 2 star girl, her HP is rather on the lower end so she won't be able to take too many hits.
PvP Mirrors Pros and Cons
Strong Connect
Tsuruno's connect increase Blast and Attack which is perfect for pairing with any other girl that has 2-3 blast discs. At 5 stars, it's possible to run a single Tsuruno in Mirrors and come out victorious due to the guaranteed evasion from her magia and higher than average attack stats for a 2 star.
Easy Memoria Slots
Since she starts off as a 2 star girl, it's cheap and easy to max out her memoria slots, giving you a big advantage in Mirrors.
Low HP
Due to being a 2 star girl, her HP stats aren't that great. Running a single Tsuruno in Mirrors, you'll either win very fast or lose very fast and her build will depend greatly on what memorias you equip as well as what level the memorias are at.
Memoria Recommendations
Both memorias will increase her attack stats, which is always good for someone with higher than average attack to begin with.
"Midsummer Beach" will also increase the amount of MP she'll gain which is beneficial for Tsuruno, who is a magia type. "Friends" will also grant her the chance to Critical.
