PvE Stories Pros and Cons
Seika's Connect is quite powerful offensively, increasing both Attack and charged damage, which would provide a very significant boost if you have a couple charges stored. The 100% chance to fog can also increase your team's survivability a bit at the same time.
AABBC is a great disc loadout, allowing Seika to easily deal AoE damage, while also being able to reliably unleash her Magia.
Seika's stats are abysmal both offensively and defensively, leaving her somewhat lacking no matter what role she plays.
PvP Mirrors Pros and Cons
Though slightly less useful in Mirrors than in PvE due to charge damage being nerfed, Seika's Connect is still helpful in buffing Attack in two ways at once.
Seika's poor stats are even more visible in PvP, especially her Attack, which is one of the lowest in the game. Her poor defense prevents her from serving in a tank role, and with her low bulk, she won't survive long enough to manage a Connect most of the time.
Her stats prevent her from serving effectively in a defensive or direct offensive role, so Seika's best option is to charge her Magia as fast as possible. Apart from being an effective source of damage to all enemies, it also applies Fog to all of them for three turns, which can significantly cripple bosses.
If she's the only water girl on your team, consider using An Obsessive Secret Collection Collection to draw a full hand of her discs, then using ACA discs to quickly charge a big chunk of mana. Useful if you need to quickly apply Fog to enemies to protect your team.
