Mario Kart Tour: The Dates of All 2020 Tours

The year 2020 will begin, and with it, a new decade of racing. Tours in Mario Kart Tour have been on a steady two-week schedule so far, so while not technically confirmed, we can predict the dates of the next year. The current tour, Holiday Tour, started on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at 1:00 a.m. ET and will end on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, at 12:59 a.m. ET. The next tour will just happen to start with the new year!

New tours start on Wednesdays every two weeks. However, if you live in Mountain Time Zone, Pacific Time Zone, or westward of those, they start late on a Tuesday. The time the tour starts will also change with Daylight Saving Time if your region observes it, as the timing did change when Daylight Saving Time ended in 2019.

The dates listed below will be based on Eastern Time Zone. Tours there start at 1:00 a.m. every other Wednesday. Keep in mind the dates could be different depending on your time zone and Daylight Saving Time. If tours start on Tuesdays where you live, subtract a day from these dates. Also, 2020 is a leap year, so a Saturday, February 29 will follow Friday, February 28 during the fifth tour of this year.

The current tour (Holiday Tour) is from December 18, 2019, to January 1, 2020.

• Two tours take up 28 days, so four tours in one month is an uncommon occurrence. (This is two complete tours with an incomplete tour at the start and end of the month.) This has never happened before and will occur for the first time in January 2020, and again in July 2020 and December 2020. If your tours start on Tuesday, June 2020 and December 2020 will be the first four-tour months.
• Seven tours have been held since the game's release in September 2019. Here are some special-numbered tours.
  • The 10th tour will be from January 29, 2020, to February 12, 2020.
  • The 20th tour will be from June 17, 2020, to July 1, 2020.
  • The 25th tour will be from August 26, 2020, to September 9, 2020.
  • The 30th tour will be on November 4-18, 2020.
