JWA News Update: New Alliance Rewards, Crack Down on Cheaters, Increased Supply Drops

Welcome back, Explorers! We have had a busy couple of weeks so let's get caught up on what is going on in the world of JWA. First, there is a correction to the events this week. The calendar says debuff in the strike towers, but it looks like they are actually cunning creatures. Hit the article below for the updated pool of dinos. 

This week we have some exciting new alliance rewards, there was an update regarding the cheater protocol, and an update to the map and the event supply drops. So let's get to it! 

The alliance rewards reset this week and we are especially excited about the Defense Rewards! 

NOVEMBER / DECEMBER | 18th to 02nd

• Exploration Missions

  • Common: Lythronax
  • Rare: Utahraptor
  • Epic: Pyroraptor

• Defense Missions

  • Common: Velociraptor
  • Rare: Echo
  • Epic: Blue

Blue and Echo make up the Tyrant Dino, Indoraptor Gen 2 and since Blue is event-exclusive, that is usually the hold up for most people. So if there is a week to push for defense rank 5 these are the 2 weeks to do it! Check out some articles we have below with tips on how to achieve those high -evel ranks. 

Although the community can often be divided about many issues, there is one thing most of us can agree on, and that has to do with cheaters in the game. We know it happens and we often know who is doing it, but all we can do right now is report anyone we think is suspicious and hope something is done about it. Last week, Ludia made an announcement regarding their cheater protocol. The post said the following:

Hello fellow DPG members,

We take all aspects of Jurassic World Alive seriously, including the competitive gameplay. We are constantly working to improve the system, so that everyone can have an enjoyable time. To reinforce fair play, we have been continuously investigating how to detect and prevent cheating. Today, we are happy to share that we implemented a new solution that will aid us in identifying cheaters better. This is another step towards a fairer and more positive experience for our Community.

With this new system in place, we are taking actions against new types of cheaters who are not respecting our Fair Play and Community Guidelines 196.

We know that the vast majority of the DPG members want this change, and we are happy to implement it.

That's all they said for now so while we don't know what exactly is different about the new system we hope there are some familiar names that start dropping off the leaderboard. 

When 1.10 was implemented there was an announcement about changes to the map and how they were continually trying to improve it. It looks like they have listened to concerns about the amount of event supply drops (the green ones) and made the following announcement on the forums yesterday. 

Hello fellow DPG members!

Our team has performed a redistribution of Events on the geo Map. Please reboot your app completely if you have not done so already. You should notice an increase in Event Supply Drops (the green ones) if you were previously affected by low Event distribution.

We have already seen and have heard reports of a significant increase of these drops so hopefully, it'll be easier to complete all your attempts on event dinos! And if you do see an improvement that needs to be made on the map make sure and e-mail them about it. They are obviously listening.
