Tier EX-

From the far reaches of the galaxy comes Space Ishtar, an AoE Avenger debuting during Saber Wars 2. She has the unique ability to change the card type of her NP between Arts (Default), Buster, or Quick, as desired. This allows her to take advantage of the best supportive options offered by a player's roster. Being an Avenger, she deals neutral damage in most cases, and with her high ATK stat she has an easier time clearing waves than many other Servants in neutral damage scenarios. Her kit consists of an ATK buff for all allies, with self buffs including NP damage, a 50% NP charge, a chance-based rainbow buff, and a unique Extra Card buff on her NP. Defensively, she grants allies Charm immunity, and has a 1-time Invincible skill for herself. Her NP looping capability is quite good; she is capable of looping with Skadi, although ease of looping greatly improves with the presence of premiere Arts supports. Space Ishtar's performance even without Arts support is still excellent, however, and makes her an excellent option for wave clearing that covers many enemy classes. Her value only increases once stronger Arts Support with NP Charge capabilities becomes available. It should be noted that a large part of her rating comes from her kit's innate and unique meta resilience, since given her NP-type shifting capability, she is capable of staying relevant even when the best Support options available may change.

Tier B

Sharpshooter Calamity Jane manifests as a Single Target Quick-type Archer, whose NP has a built in Sure Hit effect with DEF and Quick Resist debuffs. Her skill set contains a mix of utility debuffs and party support, with debuffs including ATK, Crit Rate, and NP Drain debuffs for all enemies. She has a chance-based party ATK buff, as well as a 10% NP Gauge charge skill for all allies. Notably, her third skill has a special condition where the more stars the party has, the more effects it can grant. With 50 stars, it provides to an ally buffs for Buff Success Rate, Crit Damage, Star Gather, Evade, Ignore Invincible, and an additional 20% NP charge. The stars are not necessarily required nor consumed upon skill use, although with fewer stars, fewer effects will be granted (and notably, the 20% NP charge requires 50 stars). Her damage is in the middle-of-the-line for her class, which is somewhat expected given how much support her kit provides. She is a unique option among Archers, and with a proper team (particularly with critical star support), she can provide a plethora of assistance to cheer the party on.

Tier C+ > B

By this point, Mysterious Heroine X has collected an upgrade for every single one of her skills as well as her NP. All told, on top of her vanilla kit she now has an additional AoE DEF debuff and self ATK buff, both of which last 3 turns, and a 1-turn Invincibility skill for herself, along with the standard Quick NP Upgrade damage boost. The buffs are all relatively straightforward, generally enhancing her damage potential (which now ranks among the top ST Assassins available), while also giving her a much welcome hard defensive option. With her high hit counts (a particularly impressive 12-hit NP), star generation, and respectable NP gain, she is a strong ST Assassin who can reach great heights, especially with Quick support such as Skadi. Unfortunately, her anti-Saber and anti-Saberface niches don't often come into play in conjunction with Class Advantage, so other Assassin options may at times be more optimal choices. Regardless, after the array of buffs she received, it was unanimously agreed that the user of the Secret Calibur is due for a bump up in tier.
