[Preluding Lights] will be the Next Event!
The introduction of Operator Indigo on official social media confirms what most players expected: The next event will be [Preluding Lights], and will arrive on December 9th (as always, a countdown for the event start can be found on the wiki's home page).
Preluding Lights is a story-set event (meaning event stage farming is not required) that introduces new 6 Star Modal Caster Carnelian. There will also likely be new skins for Thorns, Surtr and Zima, and a new furniture theme. Details of for the CN version of the event can be found on the CN event page here:
