Arknights: Buffs to underperforming Branches

The Dossoles patch did not only introduce the Module system but also a swath of minor buffs for underperforming Operator Branches. Unfortunately, these buffs could not elevate the affected Operators into a more prominent role in the meta-game but buffs are always welcome, no matter how insignificant they may be. This article lists the affected Branches and their respective Operators with a brief description of the changes.

• Lowered the damage decay in each hop (20% -> 15%)
• Increased the slowing time of each hop (0.2 seconds -> 0.5 seconds)
• Increased the ATK stat (~10%)
