The O and Gundam Banshee - Should You Pull?

I feel like Banshee and The-O are both really iconic, especially for me. I vividly remember The-O because of how massive it was compared to everything else yet still maintaining a terrifying speed. I considered it to be pretty overwhelming and fierce, and hope to see that reflected in this banner!
Last week we got 1,420 Haro Chips, and here’s how:

Let’s set up some ground rules so you know exactly what to expect and how you should be treating this!
This is entirely my opinion, but I will do my best to justify my opinion and explain to you why I feel a certain way. If at all possible, I’ll use real numbers as well and present an objective outlook before my opinion.
Do not pull on the banner hoping for a single Part. It’s 0.2% for a single Part, which is 50x 10-pulls or 500 pulls. In terms of real money, that’s 5,400 USD.
SS is considered meta defining, S is meta, A is great, B is average, C is below average, D is considered well below average, and F is awful. Parts are compared to all other Parts as a whole and on how well they synergize with other Parts. This means a 4* and a 3* would be compared to everything as low as a 1* to as high as other 4*s.
There are some notations which aren’t immediately obvious:
An EX Skill with D/B at 21/6 CD means it has a D in Piercing, B in Power, a 21 second cooldown, and it’s available for use 6 seconds after the match starts.
All stats are at Max Value, but all EX Skills and Part Traits will be considered at Level 1 (One).
With all of that out of the way, let’s get right into the new banner and what we’re looking at this week!
This week is a Sokai banner, which means it will not be going to Standard Gunpla Parts Capsule when the week is up.
Banner Grade: C+
Summary: This banner has a 0.81% (2.52%) chance of drawing something above average, and a 0.4% (1.26%) chance of drawing something of great value or higher.
Honestly, this banner is wholly disappointing. I always say never pull on a banner for a single Part, and even with Sokai Rates that remains true. Unless you’re a whale, you should not waste your Haro Chips on this. Only the Banshee Arms are really worth anything, to be honest.
I would skip.

The O
Head: D-
This is an incredibly tanky head with 1,352 Armor. Unfortunately, it fails to deliver in any other aspect as it has a mere 964 S.Atk and its Part Trait boosts S.Atk by 8% with Technique attribute.
Chest: B+
With 2,128 Armor and a Part Trait that boosts EX Skill Piercing by 10% when Out Fighter, this Chest piece continues the trend of amazing start up and lacking follow through, but still slightly better since it has a somewhat competent Part Trait.
Arms: B+
Slightly above M.Atk that sits at 2,913 and a very beefy 1,352 in both Defenses makes this, again, statistically a pretty decent Part. Its Part Trait is very very good, boosting Melee Power by 17%, but only if you manage to get High Mobility on your Gunpla. For this reason, it’s held back a lot, but certain niche builds can use it.
Legs: B+
Very high Armor, sitting at 1,352, makes this an almost fitting Part, although the A-/C- 120/30s Melee EX Skill leaves a lot to be desired.
Backpack: B
Average stats, if not above average, sets this up well. Unfortunately, it’s plagued with an average D/B+ 30/8s EX Skill.
Large Beam Rifle: B
This Rifle has 3,135 S.Atk, which is well below meta but generally pretty average. Unfortunately, its Part Trait doesn’t pick up the slack, being only 8% more reload speed.
Aesthetics: B
The-O is a chonky boy, and he comes with the funniest little pope hat. In addition, he has VERY strong looking arms, so you can make some interesting builds with most of this gunpla.
Gundam Banshee
Head: B+
This Head sports above average S.Atk, 3,313, and Head Vulcans.
Chest: A
Above average stats, in general, makes this pretty good. The Awakening it comes with is also alright, buffing you with 20% Speed, 20% S.Atk, and 10% S.Def for 30s on a CD of 90/18s.
Arms: S
Fantastic stats, offering above average 3,692 M.Atk, a whopping 2,026 S.Atk, and very high Armor and Defenses. In addition, this is an extended Part with a Shield, so you get two golds for the price of one! Finally, its EX Skill is a hissatsu (cinematic) Beam Shot with D/A 120/30s and heals the Squad for 30% while buffing S.Atk of your Squad by 20%. Absolutely fantastic and on a pretty unique Part for Ranged EX Skills!
Legs: B+
Average stats, but its Part Trait boosts EX Skill CD by 6% with Power Attribute, which is pretty nice.
Backpack: B
Again, average stats, although this time it’s an EX Skill that only gives D/B+ at 30/3s. Fast, at least!
Aesthetics: A
I heavily dislike the Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee’s design, primarily because it reminds me a lot of Shadow the Hedgehog with how they took the main character and made them edgy. That being said, that doesn’t really apply here since it’s kitbashing and a lot of Parts fit anywhere you want them to, especially if you’re looking for a claw/shield combo, which is incidentally also the best Part here.
AI Pilots Rau Le Creuset (4*) and Shiho Hahnenfuss(3*)
Banner Grade: A
If you’re new to the game, probably pull. This is basically a good Long Shooter waiting to come home to you for what will almost certainly be in very few pulls. Shiho really makes this banner. That said for veterans Shiho won’t do you much good and Rau is unfortunately just not good enough to warrant pulling for, in my opinion.
Rau Le Creuset: B
Rau Le Crescent has 1,181 S.Atk and a 4% increase to Buff EX Skill time up when Technique Attribute, making this Long Shooter average. He isn’t great, but he’ll definitely help you if you don’t have one.
Shiho Hahnerfuss: A
This one boasts 1,142 S.Atk and boosts all weapon magazines by 5%, which honestly makes her on par or arguably better than the 4* pull. She’s also a Long Shooter, by the way.
