August is here, and we're coming closer to the end of the Season of Go. We've got a lot to cover for this final strive, so let's get into it!

Galarian Stunfisk is a rare Pokemon in PvP that has a lot of general value, but the minimum 10-point IV is a bit of a problem. Still, this is a chance to nab a few for trades!

In the month of August, Pokémon Spotlight Hour will take place every Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time, and each will spotlight a different Pokémon and a special bonus!

Language selection will be rolling out this month!

Soon, Trainers will be able to change their language settings in Pokémon GO! Trainers will be able to play Pokémon GO in their language of choice, regardless of the language used on their device. The following languages will be available when this setting launches.

  • Portuguese (Brazilian)

  • Spanish
  • Thai
  • Turkish
  • Traditional Chinese

Trainers will need to close and reopen Pokémon GO for any language changes to take effect.
