As of late, we've been pretty busy with events and happenings in Pokemon Go to the point where it can be pretty easy to allow some of the less important events pass by unnoticed. Rather than letting that happen, let's highlight one of the slightly more obscure events that's going to drop in just a few days times: Go Battle Day: Miltank.
Snuck into the Go Battle League: Season 12 announcement and not particularly well published by Niantic, this event does have a few advantages that will make it worthwhile, so let's take a look at what this day has to offer.

- Players will be allowed to engage in 20 sets of battles for the day
- Victory in the Go Battle League during this time will result in 4x Stardust Rewards
- During this time, the Ultra League and Willpower Cup will be active in the Go Battle League
- The Willpower Cup allows only Psychic, Dark, and Fighting Type Pokemon.
- A Timed Research line will be available that will reward Rare Candy, an Elite TM, and XP.
- Miltank will be a guaranteed reward encounter, with all win rewards on the Premium Track resulting in Miltank encounters
- Miltank will have an enhanced Shiny rate during these encounters
