We've had the New Year, but that's not the end! In conjunction with the calendar year, the Lunar New Year is coming. We've got a few nice bonuses and spawns to look forward, so let's celebrate the moon as we take advantage of these bonuses.

- Darumaka will spawn with an enhanced Shiny rate
- Trades will be more likely to result in Lucky Pokemon
- Interactions will increase the odds of resulting in Lucky Friends
- 2x Stardust from opening gifts
- +1 Special Trade per day
- A Timed Research line titled "Lucky Wishes" will be available with varying bonuses that players can choose from
- This Timed Research Line will have branching paths, and players will be able to choose between focusing on Stardust collecting, Daily Adventure Incense, or hatching Eggs.
- All paths will lead to encounters with the following Pokemon:
- A special selection of Pokemon will be available from 7km Eggs
- A special selection of Pokemon will be available via raids
- A special selection of Pokemon will be available via Field Research tasks
