It looks like the storm isn't quite over yet. Niantic has taken to Twitter and reported that they are disabling all bluetooth-enabled auto-catch devices due to yet another issue with Zorua.

In the short time since its initial release, Zorua has apparently become Niantic's personal nemesis. It refused to fully transform into its normal form post-capture, and now continued issues have disabled auto-catch devices including Pokemon Go Plus, the Pokeball Plus, and all other third-party devices that some may utilize. As of right now we have no word as to when Niantic will flip the switch and allow these devices to work again, but at the time being one fact remains very clear:

Zorua is definitely living up to its species name: the Tricky Fox Pokemon!
