PVE Overview

Ditto is... unique. In fact, one of the most unique Pokemon in the entire game given its unique mechanic. Ditto uses transform to copy the opponent at the start of the fight, meaning you'll never actually see a Ditto on the field under normal circumstances. However, Ditto also cannot be every Pokemon in the game, as it only appears as a set number of Pokemon at any given time. This list changes from time to time, meaning it's best to keep an eye on what Ditto is currently copying if you're trying to catch one. If you want a bit of information of what your Ditto will look like post-transformation, check out our **[Ditto Calc](/dittocalc)** .

PvP Rating Explanation

Great League: - / 5

Ditto might have been interesting in the PVP meta in general, but it's currently restricted from use. Still, in theory its largest niche would be to bring it in on a weakened threat to wreak havoc on the opponent's team.

Ultra League: - / 5

Ditto cannot be used in PVP.

Master League: - / 5

Ditto cannot be used in PVP.
