PVE Offensive Moves Explanation

  • Frost Breath is slightly better than Ice Shard. If you have too many Fast TMs and are set on using offensive Glalie, you may as well change it; if not, it’s no big deal.

  • Avalanche is the only charge move that Mega Glalie should be using.

PVE Overview

Mega Glalie stands as the best Ice Type Mega Evolution in the game... arguably. It has higher DPS than Mega Abomasnow but lower average TDO. Truth be told, the real deciding factor as to which is better will tend to be if Mega Abomasnow's Grass sub-typing helps or hinders it in a given raid.
 

All-in-all, having one of the two should be a must for any complete Raiding team, and Mega Glalie may be the stronger option all-in-all.
