In a post on their Twitter account, Niantic has officially announced that the much anticipated global remote raid feature has been delayed.

The Invite Friends to Raids feature, which was initially announced at the beginning of June 2020, had players hopeful that it would be released before the Legendary Pokemon Zekrom's time in raids draws to a close on Wednesday, July 1st.

Since Kyurem is likely our next raid boss based on Niantic's Tao Trio announcement, it will likely be the Legendary Pokemon to see the grand release of this system.

While we don't have an exact date for the system's release, June is coming to a close very soon, meaning it could still happen very soon.
