Team GO Rocket Guides
First Pokemon
Exeggcute has a double weakness to Bug, but it's also weak to Dark, Fire, Flying, Ghost, Ice, and Poison. Since most bug types are pretty mediocre, don't feel bad about going with other options!
Second Pokemon
Dragonite has a double weakness to Ice, but it's also weak to Fairy, Dragon, and Rock. Just keep in mind that if you use Dragon, you're taking SE from the Dragon-type fast moves, and if you use any of the other types you're weak to Steel Wing. Be flexible with your pick! Or just use Rock Slide Melmetal.
Salamence has the same typing as Dragonite, so you've got the same counters. Ice deals the most damage, then Fairy, Dragon, and Rock are also solid picks. Just remember that Fire Fang'll tear through Ice-types.
Wild. Another mon double weak to Ice. In addition, though, you've got Bug, Dragon, Fairy, Flying, Ice, and Poison.
Third Pokemon
Scizor is double weak to Fire, and that’s it. However, it’s an especially crippling weakness, since Fire-types resist both Bullet Punch and Fury Cutter. Arguably the best counter is Heatran (Fire Spin/Flamethrower), but don’t worry if you don’t have one. Moltres, Ho-Oh, Blaziken, Charizard, Typhlosion, Entei, Reshiram, Arcanine, and Chandelure are all great picks as well!
Steelix is weak to Fighting, Fire, Ground, and Water. Water risks taking SE from Thunder Fang, but overall it's solid. All those types have a multitude of accessible attackers, so do your best!
You may have been unfortunate enough to run into a Shadow Gardevoir in PvP. Turns out, those Charms are even more unpleasant here. She's weak to Ghost, Poison, and Steel, but if it's not Charge Beam, it's absolutely worth prioritizing resistances over offense. Plus side, Steel resists both, so if you've got a good Metagross with Meteor Mash, that's the A++ choice. Remember: Poisons resist Charm, but will get shredded by Confusion.
