Overview
There are no documented duos of Poliwrath in neutral weather from its first run as a boss. While theoretically possible, there were not enough Mewtwo in circulation to put together the teams required at that time. Now that players have a better feel for the EX system, there should be a handful of trainers who are ready for this challenge.
On the other hand, there were successful Poliwrath duos with weather boost during its first run. While windy is the most obvious choice, clear and rain are possible as well.
Approach
Team composition
-
Mewtwo is always viable; weather dictates team members otherwise
-
Raikou and Alakazam are filler in neutral weather; they will hurt win %
Dodging strategy
-
Dynamic Punch, Hydro Pump may require 1-3 dodges to not wipe out
Note: "Good" movesets are not necessarily viable at the level indicated.
