Not only is this a one-bar move, it's objectively worse than Shadow Ball, meaning it has literally no utility as of right now. For the time being, it's probably best to evolve one or two Litwick during Community Day and hold onto them just in case of move updates in the future.
Is Litwick Community Day Still Worth It?
Yeah! Despite the fact that Poltergeist falls far below what its potential was, Chandelure is still an outstanding attacker, and its Shiny forme is Glorious. Go out and hunt down those candles, but maybe wait to evolve them!
