Anyone else having trouble with friendship XP bonus?

Hello everyone.

I can't receive XP bonus for friendship levelling up.

For instance: I added a new friend, opened the gift he sent, the "you and X are good friends" popup appeared when I returned to the map, but my XP remained unchanged.

Already emailed the problem to Niantic but I don't think they'll ever answer...

Also, just noticed my 5 teams have been erased.

Anyone has this kind of problems or could give me some advice?

There seems to be no Good Friend XP Bonus anymore. "Great Friends" and "Ultra Friends" still get the 10,000 and 50,000 XP bonus for me.

Not sure what's up with the 5 teams being erased; I've not experienced that personally that I can remember.

Thanks, I'll give it a try with a "great friends" level up.
Didn't know they removed it, about a week ago there was still the 3000XP for good friends if I remember well.

Regarding your teams, have you switched devices? I believe those are retained in your phone, not on Niantic's servers.

Well I happen to log out and use my brother's account on the same phone, so maybe we can assume teams gets erased in the process. Thanks

You still get the 3/3.5k (can’t remember how much it is) xp for good friends, it just doesn’t flash up on screen like the others do. If you make note of your before and after xp though it should’ve been added.

I can’t help on the teams either, sorry.
