Are lucky eggs works on Friendship levels?
We did a lucky egg session today. 4 gift opening that helpd us to reach the ultra friend level, right after the lucky egg started, then 65 evo. After the lucky egg was gone it was 265k. WTF? It should have been 465K...

Yes. I did it this morning with 3 Friendships, and got double XP for all 3 (2 Ultra and 1 Great). Not sure why it didn't work for you; you put the lucky egg on before you opened the gifts, you should have gotten the +200k XP for the 4 Ultra-Friends. I found that if you can get the Lucky Egg on BEFORE it gives you the Friendship Level increase screen, the XP is still doubled, but that shouldn't be an issue in your case. (ie: I saw the friendship level increase after opening the gift, went "Oh (bleep)." and immediately rushed to get a Lucky Egg on, and got the 100,000XP when the Friendship Increase message popped up.)
Sounds like either a glitch or you misread your XP before you started the process. I'd report it to Niantic just in case it was a glitch - 200k XP is a heck of a lot of XP for anyone.
Are you kidding with me? "(ie: I saw the friendship level increase after opening the gift, went "Oh (bleep)." and immediately rushed to get a Lucky Egg on, and got the 100,000XP when the Friendship Increase message popped up.)" So if we rush immediately to evolve and don't wait for the Ultra Friend screen to appear we won't receive it? So the actual Ultra Friend screen has to pop up? So if we did not wait for the screen but go for evos then even though we reached the Ultra Friend level, without the screen it did not count right?
100% sure that we checked the before and after XP correctly.
I feel like it messed up because of that. You did your evolves for the duration of the egg with your pokemon menu pulled up. The friendship reward doesn't seem to register instantly or if you are in a menu/inventory. So you probably used your egg up while evolving, then when you backed out and your egg wore off ,then your friendship xp registered.
That might be the case - the actual XP Bonus might not be applied to an account until that Friendship Increase Screen pops up. So if you went to do Evolutions before the Friendship Increase screen popped up, that might explain why you didn't get the Lucky Egg bonus.
I still say report it to Niantic, sort of like this:
1) Put on the Lucky Egg.
2) Opened Gifts - 4 Gifts raised Friendship Levels to Ultra-Friends.
3) Closed Friends Screen, immediately opened up Pokémon Inventory.
3a) Did NOT wait for Friendship Level Increase popup messages.
4) Evolved 65 Pokémon.
5) Friendship XP Bonus was NOT affected by Lucky Egg.
6) Please fix this ASAP.
7) Please give me the 200,000 XP bonus that I should have gotten for using a Lucky Egg when Friendship Levels were increased.
8) Thank you I love your game.
Maybe it won't get you the 200k XP, but it can't hurt to try, right?
As you've seen from other comments, you need to trigger the friend increase screen to get the experience.
The screen will literally show 100k experience instead of 50k experience if you have a lucky egg active.
Rushing to do evolves (or other activities such as a raid, opening more gifts for other friends, etc...) will result in the notification and XP being delayed, possibly until after your egg runs out.
This doesn't seem like a bug. It seems like missed information on when the XP is earned. Unlike other activities, the XP is earned when you see the update screen for friends.
At least it was only 4 and only ultra friend level.
