Blissey best defense moveset based on my experience.

So i experimented with so many blissey with all the moves and i hope you guys can elaborate too.

Quick Move
Pound : A
I rate pound A because solely of it's stab and high EPS that could frequently spam charge moves. But the big drawback is normal moves dont have advantages and lower dps than ZB for a gym defender.

Zen Headbutt : A
There's no bad quick move for Blissey, each have advantages and disadvantages. And ZB is my favorite quick move because it counters machamps who is buffed in this meta, and ZB has higher dps for a gym defender and can destroy any pokemons who don't have any bulk whatsoever.

Charge Moves
Dazzling Gleam : A
This move is causing nightmares to the ones who don't resist fairy type moves, and hell to all dragonites and machamps. Not only it has 100 damage per bar, and it has 2 bars which can be spammed without battle notice. It is possible to be dodge because of it's 3.5 sec CD, but one fatal flaw can cost you a fainted pokemon. This applies to all charge moves to all pokemon who dont resist or doesn't have bulk to begin with.

Hyper Beam : B
Why i give HB a B rate because it only has 150 damage + stab and 1 bar move which have 3.8 sec CD and can be dodged just like DG. But DG is more superior as i mentioned above.

Psychic : B
It has the same damage as DG but it is a 1 bar move. The upside is it has 2.8 sec CD and counters machamp and other fighting and poison pokemons, It is deadly if paired with ZB. The downside is, it has only 100 damage for a 1 bar moves, and have the lowest charge moves dps for a gym defender.

So here's my rating based on my experience.
ZB/DG : A
P/DG : A
P/HB : A but leaning to B because HB is 1 bar move and can be dodged.
ZB/HB : B
ZB/P : B
P/Psychic : C
