Ditto - How rare is he?
I know he is generally in pidgeys and other crap pokes, but exactly how rare is he relative to other pokes? Is he as rare as snorlax? As rare as pikachu? maybe as common as a poliwag?
I see reports of others who get one out of the first handful of pokes they catch. Other who have five or six. I caught about 350 crap xp pokes (pidgeys etc.) and nothing. Just wondering how rare he is generally speaking.

I was just at a bulb nest tonight for about an hour with a lot of active players and two dittos dropped, both in the form of rattatas, i was fortunate enough to get one of them. I haven't even seen a Snorlax in 4 months so definitely more common than that. They would definitely be way more common than a poliwag. Maybe about as common as a pikachu or slightly more rare than that.
I don't think its likely to be distributed like Poliwag: As a water type, Poliwag is much more local in distribution (near water it can be very common). Since ditto is hiding among pokemon that are found everywhere (pidgey, rattata, zubat etc.) I expect it will be pretty uniformly distributed in most biomes. I got one on my 3rd rattata of the day yesterday. A work colleague went out for 2 hours and came back without one. I'm guessing everyone who plays actively will have one within a week. But will it have the right level to be useful?
A few hundred is probably an exaggeration - but it was over 100 (3hrs playing yesterday split across two town centres - so fairly dense spawns). I caught one Evee. Typically in a day (normally more like 1 and half hours I'd see one Evee occasionally 2) -they're not 'rare' around here but not numerous. In a town around 30 miles away that I occasionally visit I'd see about 5 in the same time span.
