Egg Hatches

I’ve vern huntin for a Roilu for awhile now and have had nothing but ridiculous hatches from 10k, 7k, 5k, and 2k with bad ivs also. Is this just me? My last 10 10k eggs have been 4 madero (no shinies) 3 trapinch 1 dratini (no shiny) and a drifloon. Whatever happened to getting USABLE Pokémon? All the other aims are nidos and Mankeys just feel like it’s wasting time and money and that’s all
