Go plus problems

I recently got a go plus and it works well when I'm not using my phone but it often disconnects when I'm doing other things and I have to reload pogo. Thinking this is a ram issue as I don't have the best phone. Wondering if people with better phones can have pogo remain in the background while watching videos etc?

Mine disconnects and closes the app all the time if I try to run in background. iPhone 6s

This is common for me as well. Will work well for 5 mins to a half hour while doing other things, then randomly disconnects. Google Pixel.

The go plus is designed to disconnect after roughly an hour of background use. I would also caution any non-iphone users to think carefully before updating your phones OS, there have been many issues with the plus becoming incompatible with various android builds since the game launched, and my own has been useless since my phone force updated to nougat 7.1.1
