think of it like fighting the regi's, or lugia but with the same weaknesses as mewtwo. the real fight will be agaisnt the clock if you want to try shortmanning it.

Like others said, will be like the Regis. Also he has 12,500HP technically, 3,000 is the Tier 3 HP. 5 with good counters should be able to beat him
