Lacklustre Fast TM Choices
These are my current decisions for Fast TMs. Since I don't raid too often, what order of priority should these be placed in?
Roserade PJ/SB
Toxicroak PJ/DP
Sceptile FC/LB
Gyarados B/HP

Sceptile is low prio if it's even good to TM it at all, I haven't checked with the effectiveness change. FC used to be better unless the target was double weak to grass.
Top priority is between Roserade (assuming it's Solar Beam and not Sludge Bomb) and Gyarados. Do the one first that you think you need more. Toxicroak is a bit pointless unless you need it for PvP.
Sure it is, but who doesn't have one of those better fighting mons already? And for anyone who doesn't, they should rather save TMs until they can get a Machamp to make sure they can get C/DP on it.
It's an interesting mon for drafters, but for most PvE uses the alternatives are easy enough to get that there's rarely any need to spend resources on Toxicroak.
I agree on not wasting resources on Toxicroak due to better investments, but I can see using Toxicroak as a Poison attacker instead of a fighting attacker, due to only being beaten by Roserade and Gengar as a poison attacker.
I wouldn't waste my TM changers on it, but if I had a surplus of TM changers, I'd do it just to have another poison option.
