PTC login issues?

Anybody else who can‘t play PoGo through PTC? It just keeps on loading with no progress at all, without giving me a error message or something like that. The PTC site works fine oddly enough

Yes it’s down world wide unfortunately

Unfortunately never did that. And I guess that can only be done ingame?

Yep.
If you don't want to use your FB or GMail accounts, use this time to setup a dummy GMail to use just for this. (If you have access to a desktop computer it is a fairly quick process to make one GMail account.) When PTCis back up, link your account and never worry about PTC going down again.
