Smeargle second move cost

Anyone else notice this, or is my game just glitching out? I'm not actually considering a second move for him, but it made me lol

It's a bug. Smeargle isn't meant to be able to learn a second attack or be TM'ed.

I got it. I can one-shot everything now. All hail Smeargle!

I figured it was some sort of measure to keep smergle from gaining a second move until they figure out how to remove the option from him.

Dang, I really wanted to pour resources into it so he can defeat the Shedinjas and Shuckles he would face in the new 300 CP limit Crud League.
