Where's the 10K eggs?
I hatch 3 to 5 eggs a day on average. I only use 1 or 2 incubators at a time. In the last 39 eggs that I have gotten, going back about 11 days, none have been 10K, and 27 have been 2 K. The vast majority of my hatches have been Gen 1 Mons.
Am I just having bad luck, or has anyone else noticed this?

I've got a decent pokestop that generated since i found it:
2kmx9
5kmx3
10kmx6
(compared to the pokestop in my kitchen; 20x5km)
10k eggs have given me: dratini, larvitar, mantinee, sudo, gligar x2.
Try to remember where you get 10k eggs and go there more often.

As you can see you should try to find decent egg-stops.
About 10k eggs I think it is just a bad luck streak, I had around 50 eggs in a row without a single 10k egg when new year started, it took me 3 weeks and after that I got 2 in a row from 2 stops next to each other.
About gen1 mon I have noticed the same pattern as you, maybe also bad luck but as long as I remember since gen2 launched and with around 35 eggs hatched I have only gotten 4 gen2 of all of them, Phanpy, Stantler, Natu and a Larvitar. The rest is being the same crap as always, Krabby, Slowpoke, Paras, Tentacool, Goldeen...I am getting tired of them over and over. I don't know how they are gonna make it but I think breeding is really needed at this point, I see a lot of people just saving coins because incubators if you don't get 10k eggs (and even if you get them most are just Pineco or Sudowodoo) are only a "dust" generator.
I would rather pay an item in order to make 2 mon breed, for example a special module that you need to use in a stop to make the couple get an egg, than keep spending coins on this useless incubators. It has been a long time since I used real money to buy incubators and won't have plan to spend any until breeding is around, for now I only buy some each month with the coins I get from gyms.
