Note gems will disappear after their period is over! Gems are also given to new accounts! This presents a great opportunity for rerolling, as players can now get Gems quickly when creating a new account.

These Gems were given as compensation for the below game issues (see official statement below).

Current Known Issues October 8, 2019 at 2:00 a.m.

  • (a) The effects of "Dire Hit" and "Dire Hit All" do not match their descriptions.
    *For affected sync pairs currently attainable through Sync Pair Scout (5★ Brendan & Treecko, 5★ Phoebe & Dusclops, 5★ Karen & Houndoom, 4★ Gardenia & Roserade, 4★ Bruno & Machamp, 3★ Crasher Wake & Floatzel, 3★ Janine & Ariados) "Dire Hit" has been changed to "Dire Hit +" and "Dire Hit All" has been changed to "Dire Hit All +" so that their moves match the current descriptions of "Sharply" raising critical-hit rates.
    For affected sync pairs attainable through the Main Story (3★ Korrina & Lucario, 3★ Pryce & Seel, 4★ Flint & Infernape) Move descriptions have been changed to match their current, actual move effects ("Raises the user's critical-hit rate."for "Dire Hit" and "Raises the critical-hit rate of all allied sync pairs." for "Dire Hit All"

  • (b) Incorrect items were required to upgrade 2★ gears.
    All 2★ gear types listed below incorrectly required "2★ Upgrade Threads" to upgrade. The correct items required to upgrade each gear are as follows:
    - Bandanna→2★ Upgrade Scissors
    - Pin→2★ Upgrade Needles
    - Bracelet→2★ Upgrade Threads
    *This issue has been resolved and the correct gear upgrade items are now required to upgrade the gears listed above.
    In addition, we have also added the option to exchange "1★ Upgrade Scissors" and "1★ Upgrade Needles" to "1★ Upgrade Threads", and the option to exchange "2★ Upgrade Scissors" and "2★ Upgrade Needles" to "2★ Upgrade Threads" to the general item exchange screen, for a limited time.
    *These exchanges are available between: 9/19 at 3:30 a.m. - 10/19 at 1:59 a.m.

  • We recognize that the issues (a) and (b) listed above have great impact on the overall balance of the game. As a token of appreciation for your patience, we have sent 6,000 non-paid Gems to all players. Please collect these from your Present Box before they expire.
    *Gems can be collected between 9/12 at 8:30 p.m. - 10/12 at 6:59 a.m.

  • The two issues listed below have been confirmed in regards to Sync Pairs with Sync Moves of Lv. 2 or higher.
    1. "Power" values displayed on the screens listed below show values lower than actual values.
    - The move details screen displayed when you tap and hold the move window during battles.
    - The move details screen that can be viewed when you access the Sync Pair details from "Moves & Skills".
    *These values have been fixed to the correct "Power" values (that can be viewed when you access the Sync Pair details from the "Edit Team" screen).
    2. The power of moves during battles are lower than actual "Power" values.
    *We have resolved this issue so that the correct "Power" values are used.
    As a token of appreciation for your patience with issues 1 and 2 listed above, we have sent 1,000 non-paid Gems to all players. Please collect these from your Present Box before they expire.
    *Gems can be collected until 11/7 at 7:59 a.m.
    *Gems may be collected by updating the app to version 1.2.1 and logging in before the date and time listed above.
    *Version 1.2.1 is scheduled to be released on 10/8 at 12:00 a.m. It may take some time for the update to become available in your device's store.

  • "Boss Hints" for certain areas contain wrong information.
    *Updating your app to ver. 1.1.1 will resolve this issue.
  • When playing on certain devices, there were instances where players were able to collect items an unlimited number of times in Main Story Chapter 3: "Fieldwork with the Professor". (Updated: 8/30 at 5:00 a.m.)
    *This issue has been resolved as of 8/29 at 11:40 p.m.
  • There are instances where players may experience errors and connection issues.
    *This issue has been resolved as of 8/28 at 8:20 p.m.
  • Under certain conditions, players may have difficulties making purchases in the Shop. (Updated: 9/6 at 2:00 a.m.)
    *Updating your app to ver. 1.1.1 will resolve this issue.
