Lowers the target’s Defense and Sp. Def by 2 stat ranks. Lowers the target’s Water Type Rebuff by 1 rank when the user’s sync move is Water type. Lowers the target’s Dark Type Rebuff by 1 rank when the user’s sync move is Dark type. Reduces the user’s sync move countdown by 1. Raises the Speed of all allied sync pairs by 3 stat ranks.
