On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, DeNA posted a new announcement related to emergency maintenance that was performed in the game during the previous evening.
Before the maintenance, new Sync Pair Elesa and Zebstrika were made available through the Sync Pair Scout feature at a higher rate than normal. This was unintentional, and to compensate players, 3000 Gems have been added to player's accounts. They must be claimed within 30 days.
This compensation reward comes just one month after 6,000 Gems were given to players for previous issues with the Dire Hit skill.
