Shining Beyond Release Date Delayed from Q3 2019 to Q1 2020

Shining Beyond
  • Developers XII Braves stated yesterday on the official Shining Beyond Facebook page that the game has been delayed from Q3 2019 to Q1 2020
  • There is no confirmation yet whether the delay has anything to do with sister title Valiant Force announcing the termination of its service in December 2019

Shining Beyond Delayed Slightly

Developers XII Braves updated the official Shining Beyond Facebook page yesterday with a brief letter explaining to players that Shining Beyond, their upcoming mobile title set in the same universe as previous hit Valiant Force, will be releasing 'in select regions' in Q1 2020 instead of the prior expected release date of Q3 2019 (which can still be seen across much of the game's advertising and the official site). The dev letter can be seen below:

Shining Beyond is an action RPG, slightly different from the preceding Valiant Force (which will be closing its services on Dec. 29, 2019), and seems to be heavy on customization options - players can choose (and see graphical updates on their character from) jobs, weapons and skill builds as they put together teams for both single-player and co-op PVE. The original gameplay preview trailer for Shining Beyond can be seen below, and the site is still accepting preregistrations for in-game rewards. The game will be launching on both Android and iOS. Check it out!

As someone who's fond of this kind of action RPG and especially loves customization for jobs and skills, not to mention cute costumes, I'm pretty excited about Shining Beyond even with the delay factored in. What do you think? Let us know below!
