Drawing any of the above would be a huge + for your team. A total of 1.5% to get someone that may be useful for your team.
Armin (Scout Regiment)
- Best stats you can get for a 4 cost 2 consecutive hits (used to be Hange)
- His unique SP skill brings out a leg cutter with him ( Both Armin and leg cutter stays on the field )
- Ability to deal more DMG to legless titans
- Fast SP charge time base ( 1.36%/s)
- Scout tag
- 2 successive deals less DMG, but may mess up the tempo of titan auto hitting (could be a pro/cons)

This is a decent enough banner with a strong featured character and other good 5★ characters.
While Armin (Scout Regiment) is very strong, his rate up rate in this banner is not very significant at 0.7%. THIS IS NOT A LIMITED BANNER. Based on previous Japanese released Gacha games, there may be pulls with guranteed 5 star draws in the future.
