On November 26, 2019, solo developer ConcernedApe released a content update to Stardew Valley, the Harvest Moon-like game from 2016. This is the first content update after the 1.3 multiplayer content update which happened in August 2018 for PC.
Stardew Valley is currently available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and Android phones.

As with any new update to a video game, mods that worked with the previous iteration of Stardew Valley will no longer be compatible. A list of mods over on Nexus Mods shows a list of all the mods that have been updated. Many players are reporting the majority of their mods as incompatible.

just a heads up to Stardew Valley mobile players, 1.4 saves from PC will not work on the current (1.3) mobile version. And if you transfer a save from mobile to 1.4 PC, you won't be able to transfer it back until mobile gets the 1.4 update

Okay, there is also a bug with the rock strength and monster spawns in levels 10-30 of the mines (it's not supposed to take 5 hits with the starter pickaxe to break a stone). Will be fixed very soon
