Bugs and Mods

As with any new update to a video game, mods that worked with the previous iteration of Stardew Valley will no longer be compatible. A list of mods over on Nexus Mods shows a list of all the mods that have been updated. Many players are reporting the majority of their mods as incompatible.

Also, some bugs have popped up:

  • Emoting with an emoji and no text will crash the game
  • Levels 10 to 30 in the mines will take over 5 swings of a pickaxe for a rock to break

These will be fixed soon according to ConcernedApe's Twitter account.
