Lucius Malfoy's wand was a family heirloom. When he served time in Azkaban, Draco dutifully carried the wand (and the cane it fit neatly into). Voldemort commandeered Malfoy's wand and never returned it. It was destroyed during the Battle of the Seven Potters.
