Introduction
Hello everybody and welcome to this weeks addition of “Weekly Events” from the ‘GamePress JWA’ Discord. Kelociraptor and Lucus1355 will be looking at what the following week will hold for us in Jurassic World Alive. This weeks theme will be ...
JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION !!
Yes, it's been a year and a half since the movie, but now the creatures are back!!
With the featured creatures, what to dart can depend on the creature themselves, creatures’ hybrids, working out which hybrid or future hybrids would be a best fit for your team and/or to help you achieve any goals you may have; how far these hybrids are away from being created for yourself and finally, by looking at the ‘Meta Tier List’ and the creature tier lists found in the GamePress JWA Discord Server.
Weekly Calendar Explained
Here's a break down the weekly event calendars workings.
First, each day is considered started at 10am Eastern on that day. It is possible that wherever you live, it might actually be the previous or next day, so we wanted to help clarify how they determine what day it is. At this time, event creatures & strike towers will be updated as applicable which is noted on the calendar.
The amount of attempts to dart creatures comes down to a simple math calculation based on the rarity and number of options. Take the rarity base number and multiply by the number of options that should be the attempts amount! However, the more creatures that can be darted in a day makes it more difficult to find the creature(s) you want. Below shows the approximate number of attempts assigned to each rarity, which also determines how many attempts you may get. This is the total you are given across all options of that rarity:
- Common = 9 per
- Rare = 6 per
- Epic = 3 per
- Legendary = 1 - 2
- Unique= 1
- Omega = 6
The number of attempts is on the calendar and sometimes strays from the above so check the calendar. Each rarity has a different length of time that a creature will stay on the map for and a different length of time until respawn after de-spawning:
- Common’s and Rare’s spawn for 35 minutes with about 5 minutes between
- Epic’s spawn for 30 minutes with about 5 minutes in between
- Legendary’s & Unique’s spawn for 27 minutes with about 3 minutes in between.
- Omega’s, approximately spawn for 22 minutes with about 2 minutes in between.
(Thanks to Lilikoi of Dom Tuoretto for those cycles)
All Strikes and Trials are represented on the calendar with the level of difficulty (top right) and how many days you have to complete them. The Trials are along the bottom of the calendar in Grey Boxes, with the Treasure Chase at the very bottom (usually Sunday).

Free Cash Link
GamePress is excited to be able to provide weekly cash links worth $50 cash in game! The code can only be claimed once a week and you must click on it using the device you play JWA with. It will be active from Wednesday, 12am Eastern - Tuesday, 11:59pm Eastern every week. This is a promotional code provided courtesy of Ludia, Inc and is exclusive to GamePress. We will post this link in an article we publish each week. We will post all articles on our Twitter so follow us at NewsJWA on Twitter so you don't miss out!
If you enjoy our content, please help let others know this is the source of the cash links people just post for the taking all over social media. The same goes for YouTuber Gaming Beaver. All links have a purpose behind them, and that is to promote some kind of media and drive traffic. Most people simply do not know there is actually a purpose behind these links, and we'd like to try to educate as many as we can. Take a moment to politely explain this in these posts. It isn't free money some random stranger on the internet whipped up. Every time these links are shared, it is taking opportunity away from an intended purpose. Please think about that or maybe find some time to visit Gaming Beaver, GamePress JWA, and the Ludia social medias.
*We can not control when Ludia officially deploys these links, but these are the times they are planned to be active.
Survey Says and Parting Words
Welcome to this section called 'Survey Says'. We'll be giving you a survey and then seeing what you Explorers voted for as your answer.
Last weeks article saw the 'CARNIVOROUS COMMENDATION' survey with the question/prompt:
"Please name the Creature you believe is the "Top Carnivore" in Jurassic World Alive."
This included all Common, Rare and Epic Creatures that are Non-Hybrids currently in the game right now.
This will be a you love the design of, is a personal favourite or would be or is a "Top Carnivore".
With that in mind, below is 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, followed by a table of results showing all the voted Creatures, what positions they finished in and the percentage of votes that each received:
Not surprising to see Tyrannosaurus Rex and Giganotosaurus, but Tsintaosaurus is a surprise!!
This week, we want you to tell us if there is a clear favourite of the 6 Jurassic Film's.
This will include the following 6 Movies from the 2 Jurassic Trilogies:
- Jurassic Park 1993
- The Lost World: Jurassic Park 1997
- Jurassic Park III 2001
- Jurassic World 2015
- Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom 2018
- Jurassic World Dominion 2022
Perhaps vote for the one that you deem the greatest or who's story-line's the best; maybe it's your favourite, you have a personal connection with that particular film or it has your most-liked Creatures in it.
The results will be featured in next weeks article.
VOTE NOW FOR YOUR SAY AS TO WHICH FILM (FROM THE ABOVE LIST) IS 'THE FRANCHISES FAN FAVOURITE' !!
We would really love to hear about what you plan to dart and why, along with any other opinions that you can share in conversation by joining the ‘GamePress JWA’ Discord Server!!
