Introduction

Explorers! The weekly events have been announced and once again we've got your coverage. This week the featured creatures are Africa & Oceania theme and the strike events are North America. Really the Kentrosaurus should be exciting for those working on Trykosaurus and Ankyntrosaurus. There are plenty of other exciting creatures this week and we'll break down what to dart and what to expect from the strike events. So let's get to it!

Featured Creatures - Common

Monday -  Wednesday: Commons (45 attempts)

Diplocaulus

Majungasaurus

Nundasuchus

Sarcosuchus

Suchomimus

What to Dart

Honestly all of these creatures are relatively easy to find in the wild, so pick whatever you'd like or whatever you're working on. Personally I'll be going for Sarcosuchus to help get some more levels on the underrated Sarcorixis -- the Thor killer.

Featured Creatures - Rare

Wednesday - Friday: Rares (18 attempts)

Giraffatitan

Marsupial Lion

Spinosaurus

What to Dart

This one is likely another coin flip for most players. While Giraffatitan is harder to find, really the only purpose is unlocking the sauropod Nodopatotitan -- a fun creature to play with but also one that gets quickly outclassed by the two unique sauropods (often referred to as the Two Towers -- Geminititan and Ardentmaxima). Marsupial Lion, however, is likely the rarest and hardest to find -- though it is widely available as a daily spawn. Still it being limited to one day a week means you may want to go for ML - and being that it makes a pretty good hybrid in Thylacotator. And Spinosaurus is always useful for Spinotahraptor and Spinotasuchus - but again from a rarity perspective it's still one you can find without too much work.

Featured Creatures - Epic

Saturday - Sunday: Epics (6 attempts)

Alanqa

Kentrosaurus

What to Dart

In terms of rarity, you can't really find Alanqa in the wild (arena exclusive that it is) so going for Alanqa certainly makes sense. But the hybrids made (Alankylosaurus) isn't the strongest hybrid in the mix. And while maybe someday Alanky gets the superhybrid unique it deserves, for the moment it remains to be a middling to strong Legendary creature -- especially on swap in viable teams. On the other hand, Trykosaurus has been the king of chompers for quite a while (standing neck and neck with Thor and Tenontorex) and with its unique mix of counter attacking, instant moves, and armor, remains to be one of the most versatile and stalwart members of arena teams. So if you don't have it unlocked or don't have it leveled up, Kentro may be the way to go.

Strike Events

The theme in the strike events is North America. This is what you can expect to see in those incubators:

Common: Brontotherium, Allosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Tanycolagreus
Rare: Dracorex, Triceratops, Utahraptor
Epic: Tyrannosaurus Rex, Stygimoloch, Diplodocus

There are 2 epic strike events this week. There is a Brontolasmus themed strike on Friday, and 1 step North America themed strike on Sunday. We will keep you up to date with strike guides as those come out and we know the adversaries you will be facing!

Themed Scent & Boost Strike

There is a themed scent strike on Tuesday that is a Raptor scent, and it looks like there is an Health Boost Strike on Wednesday. We are back to the normal treasure chases on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday so make sure you get out there and get that coin. All in all, it looks like a lot to look forward to this week!

In Conclusion

Every week can't be an Irritator week, and the Diplodocus dna possible in the Epic strikes are a welcome surprise, as well as the normal stat boost strike. All in all we're looking forward to this coming week and just crossing our fingers for the Black Friday sales that we hope come. What do you think? Be sure to pop into our discord to let us know!
