Jurassic World Alive NEW Datamine 1.8.38

Explorers!

There's been a minor update to the APK and we've found a few changes slipped in that are particularly relevant.

If you're new to our datamine articles, we tend to take a peek behind the scenes to see what types of things are hiding in the code! As always, with datamined info, one has to keep in mind that the findings could be fully implemented, could be used in a much much later patch (looking at you Pachy) or could be never implemented in the game at all. Events can change anytime, and as we learned from the last armor week, it’s always possible Ludia makes a change we can’t see.

If you're new to JWA or don't like SPOILERS -- be sure to check out all our awesome guides below instead. I'll just link a bunch. That's your queue to check something else out instead of being spoiled!

Still here? Let's chat what changed this time around in the code in this small patch 1.8.36.

(Also, BIG THANKS to Somerandompoke for all the Datamining help as always!!!)

Move Change - Cleansing Swoop and Nasutoceratops Kit

There's been a change to cleansing swoop in the code. Cleansing swoop, according to the prior data in the datamine, was doing 20% damage over the course of 3 turns. The description for cleansing swoop, however, is 25% damage over 3 turns -- causing a big difference in what lives and dies. But in a confusing turn of events, cleansing swoop has now been updated in the code to saying 25% damage over 2 turns.

After a few friendly battles, we can confirm that Stygidaryx is indeed doing 25% damage over 2 turns.

Second, Nasutoceratops (the unreleased dino related to the battle at big rock) originally showed as having a minor rending counter attack and now does not. That's probably good because that would've easily made it one of the most powerful rare creatures in existence. Thankfully it has yet to be introduced into the game -- beyond hiding in the code.

Event Changes/New Events

There are a few new events now in the code, and some look pretty interesting.

The first is a Cleanse event, featuring the following:

  • Miragaia
  • Phorusrhascos
  • Purutaurus
  • Postimetrodon
  • Edmontoguanadon
  • Carnotaurus
  • Kaprosuchus
  • Echo
  • Elasmotherium
  • Postosuchus

The second is a Nullify event, featuring the following:

  • Dilophosaurus
  • Diplocaulus Gen 2
  • Proceratosaurus
  • Dilophosaurus Gen 2
  • Diplocaulus
  • Monolophosaurus Gen 2
  • Tanycolagreus
  • Koolasuchus
  • Monolophosaurus
  • Pteranodon

The third new event is a wound event, featuring the following:

  • Spinotahraptor
  • Dimodactylus
  • Darwinopterus
  • Spinosaurus Gen 2
  • Spinosaurus
  • Scaphognathus
  • Suchotator
  • Dimorphodon
  • Suchomimus
  • Sarcosuchus

There was also a change to the following events: Fast, Immune, and Lockdown.

Fast lost Tanycolagreus, Erlikosaurus Gen 2, and Pyroraptor and gained Phorusrhascos, Ornithomimus, and Proceratomimus.

Immune just gained Procerathomimus.

Lockdown lost Sarcorixis, Amargasaurus, Argentinosaurus, and Apatosaurus and gained Diplodocus, Darwinopterus, Megalosaurus, Scaphognathus, Dimorphodon, and Lythronax.

Thank goodness Lockdown got a rework, and getting 3 epics with one being Diplodocus is a great change.

Full List of Alliance Rewards

Finally, now that we have a solid rotation of alliance rewards (once every two weeks) we felt it'd be great to start tracking what the code has in it for Alliance rewards.

So without further ado, below are all the possible Alliance Rewards (incubators) that can be earned and the types of dinosaurs contained in them!
