How is this possible? The first dragonite appraises lowerer when its best stats are Attack and Defence and this second one is just Best at Defence

43/45 total points (96%) versus 41/45 (91%) total points? That's correct.

The 96% appraisal says best-Defence-best and the 91% says best -attack-Defence-best. How is that possible?
