Male Ralts/Kirlia

I think it's more likely male Kirlias will have the option to evolve to Gallade with a Dawn Stone. Just like Poliwhirl to Politoed, except for males only.

I've personally evolved a male Ralts all the way to Gardevoir, so yes.

In the main series games, Gallade was indeed a male-only evolution (with use of a Dawn Stone), but there was nothing stopping them evolving into Gardevoir. Don't see why that would change in Pokemon Go.

Idle speculation here, but I'd guess that once gen4 hatches, male Kirlias will evolve to Gallade - until then, we get Gardevoirs.
