On June 28, 2019, Pokemon GO's third-anniversary celebration began.
Players have already discovered Party Hat Pikachu available during the photobomb event, previously held by Smeargle.
In addition, the text spoken by Professor Willow during the new Special Research has been found by dataminer @Chrales, which allude to catching a Dratini, shiny Eevee, and Lapras.
