- July 21st's Community Day will feature Mudkip with an exclusive move when it evolves
- The event is now from 4 PM to 7 PM
On June 26, 2019, Niantic officially announced Mudkip, the Mud Fish Pokemon, to be the featured Pokemon for July Community Day 2019. It will take place on July 21st, a Sunday, from 4 PM to 7 PM in your local timezone. This is one hour later than previous Community Days.
The bonus featured during the 3-hour event is 3x Catch XP Gained.
The exclusive move will be Hydro Cannon, a very powerful Water-type move that's expected to make Swampert a top Water-type Pokemon.
Like the Torchic Community Day that came two months ago, a new TM-able move will also be added to Swampert. This is expected to be Muddy Water, a move that does not have stats in the game files.
