Go to settings, PoGo Plus, press the eject symbol on the screen. Completely close the app. Open app, go to settings menu to PoGo plus. Press the PoGo's button, then press the shaded pokemon symbol.
That is the usual answer. A longer version involves ejecting and closing, then pressing PoGo's button for 5 seconds til it is a solid blue, let go and press the PoGo's button one time, it will vibrate. That will reset the device. Then you go back to settings and reload the device

PoGO Plus - Failed to connect to the device?
After a successful hunt in the local park where my new Plus worked just fine, I'm currently getting the "Failed to connect..." error message. I followed the usual steps (Bluetooth/load game/try to connect), but it's not working.
What am I missing or what could it be? I have a Galaxy S5.
