Tier B

Saint Martha is 2023's Santa Welfare Servant, and is a Caster with a relatively rare Quick-type supportive NP. Martha Santa's skill set is decidedly support focused, with her arguably best skill being a targetable ATK buff at above-average values, a 20% NP Gauge charger, and a small Max HP buff. Additionally, she can charge her own NP gauge by up to 30%. She can further support Critical performance of allies with a targetable Star Gather buff and 10-star bomb. Her last skill also inflicts debuffs on all enemies, including NP Seal and DEF down. Her Quick NP does not deal damage, but provides a further ATK buff for allies, 20 stars, a decent chunk of HP restoration, and a bonus damage against Divine, Undead, or Demon enemies. Unfortunately for her NP, the only effect that scales with NP level is the trait-based bonus damage buff, so the effective benefit of reaching NP5 with her isn't particularly impressive (the bonus is 30% when level 1, or 50% at level 5). This does mean that Masters don't have to feel as pressured to raise her to max NP5 level for gameplay purposes, however. All told, she provides a sum of +50% ATK buffs to a single target (or +70% with her NP), making her a decently valued offensive support that is available for free. Even if she won't be dealing much damage to enemies, she still carves a niche for herself as a free offensive support with great ATK buff values to keep in mind for buff stacking setups.

Tier EX- -> EX-

Skadi gets an NP upgrade, providing a very nice 5 turn ATK buff for all allies, which scales with NP level from 20% to 30%. Additionally, her critical damage buff's values are increased from 30-50% up to 50-100%, giving allies' crits an extra bit of damage. Given she is a Quick support, party members are quite likely to be able to take advantage of her critical damage buffs, making these buffs a welcome addition. However, her gameplay doesn't change substantially with this upgrade, and in most setups using her, she doesn't usually use her NP, so her rating was agreed to stay in its current state.
