New Tier List Placements

5 Star Servants

Tier B+

Jiang Ziya, also known as Taigong Wang, is an AoE Quick Rider with a well balanced skill set. He provides offensive support to all allies, including all of Quick, ATK, NP Damage, anti-Demonic/Divine, and 20% NP charge buffs. He also has a further 30% charge for himself, allowing him to charge up to 50% NP gauge by himself. His NP deals bonus damage against Divine trait, while decreasing Quick Resist after damage. He also provides a small bit of utility via a Skill Seal effect. However, defensively Jiang Ziya has nothing to his name, relying heavily on allies for any damage mitigation. Altogether, Jiang Ziya makes for a powerful AoE Quick Rider option that further bolsters any other allies on the field, and is a pretty universal and welcome addition to most teams. He is not quite as powerful as a dedicated support, but when facing Demonic/Divine trait enemies, he actually can surpass them in damage within his niche.

Jiang Ziya: x -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.58) - [NorseFTX - A-][WhiteRabbit - B+][Rathilal - B+][Ceui - A]

Tier C

Dobrynya Nikitich is an AoE Buster Rider Servant, whose kit revolves around dealing bonus damage against Dragon trait enemies. Two of her skills provide anti-Dragon bonus damage, one to herself, and the other applying to all allies. She also provides Critical Damage buffs to all allies, gives up to 10 Stars per turn, and has Buster, Arts, and a 20% NP charge buff for herself. Defensively, she has a 1-time, 3-turn Debuff Immunity along with a Guts skill. Her AoE NP buffs her Buster performance before damage, ignores DEF, decreases DEF of enemies for 3 turns, and inflicts a minor Burn on enemies. Dobrynya's kit is relatively straightforward, although she has somewhat low damage outside of her niche, and it can be difficult to find a Caster-Class Dragon so that both her trait bonus and Class bonus come into play. She also cannot loop effectively due to her NP charge being insufficient, although she still functions well as an AoE Buster Rider for players lacking a Servant in the role.

Tier List Movements

5 Star Servants

Tier A -> A

Galatea's party heal skill, which also clears debuffs each turn, now also gives Galatea up to 10% NP charge every time she attacks with a Buster Card. Since she has three Buster Cards in her deck, the buff will come into play decently well, although it still is difficult to benefit from consistently due to its reliance on Card draws. It does help ease the pain for Galatea to charge her own NP however, since she otherwise has a small 20% charge of her own and only 1 Arts and Quick Card each.

Galatea: A -> A (Avg Score: 9.08) - [NorseFTX - A][WhiteRabbit - A][Meliran - A+][Rathilal - A]

4 Star Servants

Tier B+ -> B+

Chiron gets a welcome NP upgrade that gives the usual single target Arts NP damage buff of +300% damage across the board, along with a relatively common niche of 150% supereffective damage against Earth attribute enemies. Aside from damage, however, no new effects are provided to Chiron's already extremely solid supportive skill set. Overall, the increased damage still helps a great deal as Chiron's damage formerly was relatively underwhelming.

Chiron: B+ -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.5) - [NorseFTX - B+][WhiteRabbit - B+][Meliran - B+][Rathilal - A]
