- Mega Kangaskhan will enter raids for the first time, giving us global access to a new Mega Evolution, as well as a regional Pokemon.
- A special Mega Kangaskhan Raid Day will be available globally on May 1st from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time
- A special selection of Pokemon that just happen to be eligible for Mega Evolution upon their final evolutions
- Field research will be available that can randomly reward Mega Energy for any currently available Mega Evolution in the game, save Mega Kangaskhan
- Mega Evolutions will enjoy a CP boost throughout the event.

Mega Kangaskhan will be appearing more frequently in Mega Raids during this time!
You can receive up to five free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs during the event and up to two hours afterward.
You’ll have an increased chance of encountering Shiny Kangaskhan.

Event-themed Field Research tasks will be available! Complete the tasks to receive a random reward of Mega Energy for any of the Pokémon capable of Mega Evolution currently available in Pokémon GO!*
*Kangaskhan Mega Energy will only be available by completing Mega Raids against Mega Kangaskhan.
Bonuses
Mega-Evolved Pokémon will receive a CP boost.
